Former Gang Member, Felon Indicted On Weapon, Assault Charges: Court
Merrimack pedestrian crash indictment; Nashua stalker indicted on another charge; Bedford man faces attempted child sex abuse image charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Samuel Stickney, 22, of Bridge Street in Nashua on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Robert Christie and burglarizing the Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street in Hollis on Feb. 19, according to the indictment.
Brandon Sturdivant, 28, of Webster Street in Hudson on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, psilocin, MDMA, and LSD, charges on March 16 in Nashua.

Jonathan Sturtevant, 32, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony stalking-domestic violence charge. He was accused of entering the home of a protected person after being released on bail on April 21 in Nashua and previously being convicted of stalking in January 2021.
Wesley Taylor, 33, of New Boston Road in Bedford on attempted manufacture of child sexual abuse images and two indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of communicating with a person he thought to be a 13-year-old girl and requested they send naked pictures to him on Jan. 6 in Nashua. Taylor was accused of sending photos of his genitals to someone he believed to be under 16 on Jan. 6 and May 11.

Jerod Trebian, 44, of Glass Street in Suncook on convicted felons, second-degree assault-domestic violence, and domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a knife, something he was not allowed to do due to a drug sale conviction out of Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2005, strangling an intimate partner, and holding the knife against her thigh on Nov. 16, 2021, in Nashua. Jose Cruz Vasquez, 30, of Amory Street in Manchester on reckless conduct and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon while driving too fast in Merrimack on April 8 and crashing the vehicle, causing injuries to a pedestrian, a Good Samaritan, including a brain bleed, broken leg, and pelvis.
