Lawrence Man Indicted On Sexual Assault, Witness Charges: Court
Plus: Nashua man indicted on another stalking charge; man indicted on 6 aggravated felonious sexual assault charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Robert Sleeper, 34, of Parker Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on six felonious sexual assault charges and a tampering with informants and witnesses charge. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl between Jan. 1 and Feb. 17, 2021, in Nashua. On May 1, 2021, he was accused of communicating with the girl and suggesting she deny everything whether the girl’s mother was there or the cops stated facts.
Aaron Sisto, 24, of Lock Street in Nashua on three felony possession of a controlled drug charges (meth, buprenorphine, and fentanyl) on March 8, 2021, in Nashua.

Brahian Suarez-Vasquez, 23, of Grove Street in Saugus, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Nov. 3, 2021, in Hollis.
Jonathan Sturtevant, 31, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony stalking charge on July 19, 2021, in Litchfield. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in Nashua District Court in January 2021.

Richard Tucker, 46, of George Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 16, 2021, in Hudson.
Omar Correa-Torres, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. On June 22, 2021, in Nashua, he was accused of flushing a plastic bag, believed to have meth in it, down a toilet to impair an investigation on Wilder Street.
David Watts, 60, of Forest Park Drive in Nashua on six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl between Jan. 1, 2016, and Oct. 10, 2021, in Nashua.
