Vermont Man Indicted for Strangling Woman

Plus, sexual assaulter indicted on multiple charges, Nashua man indicted for sale of counterfeit drug, and alleged burglar also indicted.

The Hillsborough County Superior Court recently indicted the following individuals:

William B. Washington, 46, of Mountain View Loop in Johnson, VT, on three counts of felony domestic violence-second-degree assault (strangulation), felony domestic violence-witness tampering, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon (knife), felony domestic violence-criminal threatening, obstructing the report of a crime, eight counts of simple assault-domestic violence after an incident in November 2014 in Nashua, where he allegedly attacked a woman.

Armando A. Nieves, 42, of Roedean Drive in Nashua, for felony sale of a counterfeit drug. On Aug. 20, 2014, he allegedly sold a quantity of substance that he represented to be cocaine to another in Nashua.

Brian McCombs, 22, of Willow Street in Manchester, for robbery, receiving stolen property, and possession of a narcotic drug (heroin), all felonies, as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge. The charges stem from incidents in August, October, and December 2014 allegedly involving the theft of tools and an arrest in Nashua as well as a robbery against a woman in Nashua.

Frederick Lassor, 28, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for a felony burglary charge in Hudson on Oct. 19, 2014.

Jack Lucas, 60, of Kern Drive in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (heroin) on Dec. 29, 2014, in Nashua. He was convicted of heroin possession in November 2010 in Lowell District Court.

Edgar Lopez, 20, of Bowers Street in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property after allegedly receiving a Smith & Wesson firearm knowing that it had been stolen on Feb. 21, 2015, in Nashua.

Arthur Miller, 53, of Canal Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of controlled drug (acetaminophen-oxycodone and oxycontin) in July and September 2014 in Nashua. Also indicted was Cynthia Miller, 47, of Canal Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of accomplice to sale of controlled drug.

Hayden Moreau, 22, of Beaver Path in Hudson, for felony burglary after an incident on Abbott Street in Nashua on June 26, 2014.

Tyler R. Belliveau, 27, of Maple Street in Manchester, for two counts of accomplice to burglary, both felonies, after incidents on Jan. 3, and Jan. 15, 2015, in Merrimack, while allegedly driving a vehicle used to transport Scott Lasser after he allegedly entered a commercial building.

Glenn Boisvert, 50, of Milford Street in Brookline, for four counts aggravated felonious sexual assault, three counts of second-degree assault, two counts of felonious sexual assault, and four counts simple assault. Between April 1, 2012, and April 13, 2015, he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl, strangled her, assaulted her causing her head to strike a microwave oven, and severely struck with a belt.
