Woman Indicted For Allegedly Setting Car On Fire: Roundup

Nashua man indicted on stalking charge in Milford, woman indicted for second-degree assault after crash, teen indicted for reckless conduct.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Joseph Travis, 48, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for duty to inform for allegedly failing to notify Nashua Police about a change in residency on June 20, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of failure to register as a sexual offender-subsequent offense in December 2012, in Boston Municipal Court.

Jasmine Ulloa, 23, of Hampshire Drive in Nashua, for conduct after accident, second-degree assault, and reckless conduct, all felonies. On June 4, 2017, she allegedly used a vehicle as a deadly weapon in Nashua causing another person to suffer broken bones in the man’s leg.

Antonio Velazquez, 19, of A Street in Hudson, for reckless conduct and two counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies. On May 26, 2017, he allegedly placed another person in danger while driving a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon on May 26, 2017, in Hudson. Tyler Wright, 20, of Academy Drive in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone as well as possession of marijuana, disobeying an officer, conduct after an accident, and driving under the influence on June 13, 2017, on Concord Street in Nashua.

Alex Apolito, 19, of Long Pond Road in Dunbarton, for felony possession of narcotic drugs-fentanyl and cocaine allegedly on July 7, 2017, in Nashua.

Michael Bailey, 66, of St. Laurent Drive in Hudson, for felony indecent exposure and lewdness for allegedly “rubbing his crotch area over his pants” while stating at a girl on Aug. 14, 2017, in Hudson.

Melanie Belanger, 45, of Beck Road in Loudon, for arson, reckless conduct, and criminal mischief. On Aug. 22, 2017, she allegedly started a fire inside of a vehicle owned by another near a manufactured home on Aug. 22, 2017, in Hudson.

Neil Bernardini, 41, of Park Street in Lowell, MA, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking counts on July 12, July 22, and July 23, 2017, at Walmart in Hudson.

Amber Berounsky, 27, of Morning Dove Road in Kingston, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Sept. 6, 2016, she allegedly worked in concert with Sean O’Connell to steal merchandise from Kohl’s in Nashua.
