Numerous Milford Residents Arrested in Amherst

AMHERST, NH – Sarah Gellert, 37, of Milford, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on June 1, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Gellert was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 16, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Jordan Silva, 20, of Milford, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on June 2, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Silva was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 30, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Peter Jacqueson, 28, of Milford, was arrested at 4 a.m. on June 3, 2016, on charges of disobeying a police officer, driving after suspension, and speed. Jacqueson was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 14, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Arnold Denis, 25, of Milford, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on June 5, 2016, on charges of disobeying a police officer, habitual offender, and misuse of plates. Denis was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 14, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

On June 7, 2016, the Amherst Police Department investigated a report of vandalism which occurred on Roberts Road sometime between June 6, and this date. A window was damaged by what appears to be a BB pellet.
