Accused Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Hillsborough County Court

Man indicted on felonious sexual assault charges, Maine man indicted on second-degree assault, motor vehicle as a weapon indictment issued.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Paul Johnson, 31, of Copp Street in Nashua, on reckless conduct and three counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, all felonies. The drug charges stem from incidents in December 2018, and January 2019. The reckless conduct charge – a motor vehicle, traveling at a high rate of speed, used as a deadly weapon – occurred on March 8, 2019, in Nashua. Johnson was previously convicted of controlled drug act in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in November 2017.

Carol Jones, 54, of Scripture Street in Nashua, on felony sale of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine on Dec. 21, 2018, in Nashua.

Jessica Jones, 34, of Scripture Street in Nashua, on felony criminal liability to sale of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine-subsequent offense on Dec. 21, 2018, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Dec. 5, 2016, in Nashua District Court.

Dennis Junkins, 28, of Smith Street in South Portland, Maine, on felony second-degree assault on March 8, 2019, in Milford. He's accused of slamming a door against a woman's right hand (later requiring a cast) which kept her from being able to move.

Joshua Malcolm, 36, of no fixed address in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on Jan. 1, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2016.

Joseph Marcella, 20, of Ashby Circle in Nashua, on felony aggravated felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault without penetration. Between June 1, and Aug. 31, 2013, he allegedly fondled and assaulted a girl in Nashua.

William McKnight, 48, pictured far left, of Shedds Avenue in Nashua, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl in November 2018, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in September 2018.

Jeffrey Montero, 25, pictured right center, of Washington Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession with intent to distribute-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence, both felony charges. On March 4, 2019, in Nashua, he is alleged to have concealed fentanyl by shoving it in his pants and underneath the seat of a police cruiser.
