Hudson man accused of assault with a deadly weapon in Merrimack: Nashua woman accused of knife attack; MA men and woman accused of forgery.

NASHUA, NH — The following indictments were handed down in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in October.

Yongpiti Kanti, of Leominster, Mass., was charged with Class A felony theft. He is accused of altering a check in excess of $1,500 from Tulley BMW and depositing it in his own account in Nashua in July 2017.

Stephen Lamore, of Stoughton, Mass., upper center photo, was charged with Class A felony theft. He is accused of presenting a fake check in excess of $1,500 to the Merrimack Savings Bank in Nashua in December 2018.

Courtney Lee, of Litchfield, was charged with Special felony possession heroin possession. She is accused of knowingly providing transportation to someone who sold heroin to a person working with the Nashua Police Department in June.

Derek Lennartson, of Nashua, was charged with three counts of Special felony heroin possession with intent to sell. He is accused of knowingly attempting to sell heroin to someone working with the Nashua Police Department in December 2018 and April having already been convicted of a drug charge in Hillsborough Superior Court-South in 2006.

Jeremy Lurie, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony forgery. He is accused of trying to cash a forged $250 check at TD Bank in May.

Austin McLeod, of Hudson, was charged with Class B felony reckless conduct and Class B felony assault with a deadly weapon. He is accused of driving a vehicle recklessly at a high rate of speed in a way that it put others in danger of severe bodily injury in Merrimack in June. He is also accused of recklessly causing a crash that resulted in a victim’s head injury, broken bones and ruptured diaphragm.

Courtlandt Madison, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, indecent exposure and computer crimes. He is accused of attempting to meet someone he believed to be a 15-year-old boy for sexual acts through the Grindr and WhatsApp applications in Nashua in August. He is also accused of sending a person he believed to be a 15-year-old lewd pictures.

Joseph Mendonca, of Nashua, upper left photo, was charged with Class B felony second-degree domestic assault. He is accused of strangling a female known to him in Nashua in July.

Bruno Meoli, of Lynnfield, Mass., lower left photo, was charged with Special felony aggravated felonious sexual assault and Class B felony witness tampering. He is accused of forcing a woman to perform sexual acts on him in Nashua in January. He is then accused of pressuring her to go to Nashua police and drop the charges against him.

Ryan Moore, of Nashua, upper right photo, was charged with two counts of Special felony drug possession with attempt to sell. He is accused of knowingly trying to sell between one gram and five grams of heroin to an agent of the Nashua Police Department having been previously convicted of drug charges in January.

Gail Nault, of Chelmsford, Mass., was charged with two counts of Class B felony forgery. She is accused of forging a bill of sale for a Buick LeSabre at the Hudson Town Hall in May and forging a power of attorney indicating she had the authority to sell the car.

Jeffrey O'Neil, of Nashua, was charged with Class A felony drug possession. He is accused of knowingly possessing cocaine in Nashua in August having previously been convicted of drug charges in 1999.

Lizvette Orozco, of Nashua, lower center photo, was charged with two counts Class A felony assault with a deadly weapon. She is accused of attempting to commit serious physical injury to her intimate partner by stabbing him in the buttocks, hand and thigh with a knife.
