Police, Sheriffs, DEA Arrest 13 During Nashua Crime Sweep

The majority of offenses of the individuals from Nashua, Litchfield, Hudson, and Manchester that were arrested yesterday were drug related.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police, in conjunction with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the Drug Enforcement Agency arrested 13 people during a crime sweep in the Gate City on Thursday. The majority of the offenses, according to Det. Sgt. Clark Gaphardt of the narcotics intelligence division of the Nashua Police Department, were drug related. Some were warrants for previous incidents, according to a statement.

Gary Guertin, 29, of Willow Street in Nashua, was charged with felony acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug-methamphetamine. He was held on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Sheena Johnson, 33, of Robinson Road in Nashua, was arrested on two electronic bench warrants for nonpayment of fines and one capias warrant for failure to appear in court for drug related charges. Johnson was held on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Audrey Moreau, 27, of Tolles Street in Nashua, was charged with felony acts prohibited; possession of controlled drug-methamphetamine. Moreau was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Jonathan Rhodes, 28, homeless, was arrested and charged with felony acts prohibited; possession of controlled drug, heroin. Rhodes was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Melanie Gurley, 48, homeless, was charged with felony acts prohibited; possession of controlled drug-crack cocaine-second offense. Gurley was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

David Yates, 38, of Charbonneau Street in Hudson, was arrested on electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court. Yates was released on bail and pending an arraignment at a later date.

Ryan Moore, 26, of Pine Street in Nashua, was charged with two counts of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, heroin, second offense and acts prohibited; possession of controlled drug-heroin-second offense, both felonies. Moore was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Brian Boucher, 41, of Perry Ave in Nashua, was charged with felony acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug-heroin. Boucher was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Elizabeth Belanger, 31, of Highland Street in Hudson, was charged with felony acts prohibited; possession of controlled drug-methamphetamine, and a capias warrant for controlled drug; acts prohibited. Belanger was held on bail and pending an arraignment at a later date.

Courtney Lee, 37, of Bradford Lane in Litchfield was arrested and charged with felony criminal liability for conduct of another, acts prohibited. Lee was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Nicholas Dubois, 33, of Front Street in Manchester, was charged with three capias warrants for driving related offenses. Dubois was held on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Brayan Del Rio Castillo, 19, of Lake Street in Nashua, was charged with felony acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, marijuana, felony. Del Rio Castillo was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date.

Jon Deacon, 46, of Wilder Street in Nashua, was charged with felony acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, methamphetamine. Deacon was released on bail and pending arraignment at a later date
