Accused Nashua Stalker Faces Bail, Resisting Charges: Cop Log

NASHUA, NH — Raeshawn Demont Ferguson, 36, of Walnut Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 2, 2019, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Kirk J. Kurowski, 40, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 2, on an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment.

Matthew S. Szczechura, 36, of Hildthrith Street in Pelham, was arrested on a capias warrant on Sept. 1.

John E. Woodbury Sr., 56, of Haines Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 1, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Carlos A. Ortiz-Toro, 36, of Abbott Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 1, on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges.

Efren Vargas, 39, of Danforth Road in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 31, on an operating without a valid license charge and a hands-free violation.

Elisha Oliveira, 38, of Pine Street in Central Falls, Rhode Island, was arrested on Aug. 31, on DUI and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Tabitha A. Larouche, 33, homeless, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on a nonappearance in court charge on Aug. 31.

Theresa Faucher, 60, of North Main Street in Mont Vernon, was arrested on Aug. 30, on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge.

Holly R. Albino-Rodriguez, 38, of Demanche Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 30, on domestic violence-stalking, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges.

John Kaley, 43, of Plymouth Avenue in Nashua, was arrested on July 21, on stalking and breach of bail charges.

Philip James Mello Jr., 35, homeless, was arrested on July 20, on a resisting arrest or detention charge and an open container violation.

Christian Louis Dally, 22, of Stevens Avenue in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on July 19, on three electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.

Tori Lynn Goulette, 42, of Main Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 19, on two domestic violence-simple assault charges.
