Lowell Man Arrested On Criminal Trespass Charge: Nashua Log

NASHUA, NH — Joseph Michael Croft, 31, of Copper Hill Road in Hudson, was arrested on Aug. 14, 2019, on an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment.

Jerrod Malburne, 41, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 13, on a false report to law enforcement charge.

James Matthew Haldane, 39, homeless, was arrested on Aug. 12, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

John A. Arsenian, 58, of Appleton Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested on Aug. 12, on a criminal trespass charge.

Timothy Albert Millard, 27, of Maple Street in Nashua, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment on Aug. 11.

Julio Amaro, 27, of Hunt Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 11, and charged with resisting arrest or detention.

Pedro Aguirre, 32, of Amherst Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 10, on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges.

Carol A. Rosebrook, 47, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court on Aug. 10.

John A. Montgomery, 38, of Canal Street in Nashua, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for nonpayment of fine on Aug. 9.

Tori Goulette, 42, of Main Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 9, on an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment.
