Alleged Nashua Heroin Dealer Indicted
Plus, a Milford woman was indicted on drug charges and a Hudson man indicted for allegedly strangling, assaulting a woman.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in September 2015:
Kendrick Almonte, 27, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for four felony counts of sale of narcotic drug-second offense for allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover police officer on April 10, 2015, and heroin to an undercover police officer on April 15, April 23, and April 30, 2015, in Nashua. He was convicted of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the Bronx in November 2010.

Patti Amadon, 45, pictured, of Wilton Road in Mason, on five counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug-second offense. On Jan. 20, Jan. 21, Jan. 22, and Jan. 26, 2015, she allegedly sold heroin to an undercover police officer in Nashua. On March 21, 2015, she allegedly sold suboxone to a Nashua Police officer. Amadon was convicted in October 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court for sale of a controlled drug.
Ashley Arbogast, 27, of Tammy Court in Hudson, for felony possession of a narcotic drug for allegedly having 0.74 grams of heroin in Hudson on June 13, 2015.

Brianna K. Baglione, 21, incarcerated-Willow Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl. She was allegedly in possession of the drug on June 12, 2015, in Milford.
Peter Berland, 24, incarcerated-Willow Street in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by deception, both felonies. In Milford on May 20, 2015, he allegedly took a laptop computer from a woman’s home. On May 21, 2015, he allegedly took a vehicle without permission and sold it. He was previously convicted on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court in May and July 2013.
Brian Bernier, 35, of Derry Street in Hudson, for second-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault. On July 18, 2015, in Hudson, he allegedly strangled and hit a woman in the head.
Shawn Brady, 26, of Temple Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug. On July 8, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly had cocaine and fentanyl in his possession. He was previously convicted of controlled drug act: acts prohibited in January 2013 in Nashua District Court.
Bryan Brown, 26, of Brown Street in Milton, for felony possession of narcotic after allegedly being in possession of heroin on June 12, 2015, in Merrimack.
Caitlyn Caron, 22, of Meetinghouse Road in Merrimack, on two counts of felony possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a controlled drug. On Feb. 22, 2015, in Merrimack, she was allegedly in possession of five buprenorphine pills, crack cocaine, and less than 5 grams of marijuana.
