Good Samaritan helps put out fire at New Hampshire home (wcvb.com) — Fire crews in Nashua finished putting out a garage fire after a quick-thinking neighbor grabbed a garden hose and slowed the flames. The homeowners say his fast action likely saved their house from major damage, and no one was hurt. Their Ring camera captured the dramatic moments as the neighborhood pulled together.

Celebrate Culture, Community, and Connection at Nashua's Annual Multicultural Festival 2026 (indepthnh.org) — Nashua residents can look forward to the free Multicultural Festival on Saturday, September 26, from noon to 5 p.m. at Le Parc De Notre Renaissance Française on Water Street. Man convicted in 1991 Nashua killing to go before parole board (unionleader.com) — A former Nashua resident convicted in a 1991 downtown Nashua killing is set for a New Hampshire Parole Board hearing on September 24, potentially affecting how long he remains incarcerated. The 52-year-old became parole-eligible after a Supreme Court ruling on juvenile life sentences, and a judge has already partially reduced his minimum term based on his behavior in prison.
