NASHUA, NH — A former fugitive and felon, captured in New York, is back facing numerous charges in New Hampshire, according to Nashua police.
Jacob Reznikow, 39, was arrested on Oct. 23 on receiving stolen property, felonious use of firearms, four counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell/distribute-subsequent, and nine convicted felons charges, all felonies, as well as conduct after an accident and four misdemeanor counts of possession of drugs.
According to Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department, police stopped Reznikow on June 10 and charged him with driving under the influence and driving after suspension. Police, however, believed there were drugs in the vehicle and requested a search warrant.
Cinelli said the search warrant led to police "finding a large quantity of various controlled drugs," including psilocybin mushrooms, crack cocaine, MDMA, and marijuana/THC infused products. Also, he added, police found a drug scale, handwritten ledgers, six handguns, two shotguns, a rifle, and "significant quantities of ammunition," according to a report.

Detectives continued the investigation and, along with the BATF and U.S. Marshals Service, began searching for Reznikow. On Oct. 9, authorities arrested him in New York. Reznikow was extradited to New Hampshire and charged in Nashua on Oct. 23, Cinelli said.
Along with the Nashua charges, Hudson also charged Reznikow with driving after suspension. After being charged, he was held without bail and arraigned on Oct. 26.
Back in July 2020, Reznikow was a resident of Litchfield when he was arrested on intent-to-distribute-subsequent drug charges. The case stemmed from a motor vehicle stop in Nashua in late February. A search warrant for the vehicle he was driving led to $1,100 in cash, 49 suboxone film packages, and half a pound of marijuana, according to police.
In May 2019, he was arrested on acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-marijuana-second offense, a felony.
Five years before that, Reznikow was arrested on driving while intoxicated, reckless conduct, assault, and criminal mischief charges after being accused of fleeing a crash in Merrimack. Londonderry police picked him up later after responding to a domestic disturbance in their community and seeing the crashed vehicle, according to police.
