Epsom Man Charged With Transmitting Lewd Pics, Other Charges: Log

NASHUA, NH — Richard A. Dearborn, year of birth 1972, of Lords Mill Road in Epsom, was arrested on March 6, 2019, on nine counts of transmit a lewd image to a child under 16 and two counts of computer services; use prohibited, all felonies, and two counts of obscene matter involving an adult. Dearborn was arrested after Nashua police began an investigation in mid-January into a report about a man communicating with an individual he reportedly believed to be a child about engaging in sexual contact with them. The subject allegedly agreed to travel to Nashua to engage in activity with the individual who was posing as a child and was arrested.
