Convicted Sex Offender Arrested on More Charges: Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — William Tinker, 49, of Mammoth Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 7:53 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, on two counts of registration of sex offenders; failure to comply. He was arrested on a warrant in Auburn, ME.

Darryl A. Rodger, 55, of Mountain Village Road in Windham, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for operating without a valid license, disobeying an officer, and a stop sign/yield sign violation. He was arrested on Harvey Road after a motor vehicle stop.

Alissa M. Vogelsang, 18, of Rebecca Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for transporting alcoholic beverage by a minor. She was arrested on Gilcreast Road near Home Depot.

Jennifer S. Shamma, 28, of Chappy Lane in Salem, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on July 29, 2016, for endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, driving after revocation or suspension, and suspended registration. She was arrested after a motor vehicle check on Nashua Road at the Crossroads Mall.

David J. Herrera, 22, of Kienia Road in Hudson, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on July 29, 2016, for reckless conduct. He was arrested at home on a warrant.

Joshua M. Bouchard, 19, of Winterwood Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on July 30, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Winding Pond road near the tennis courts.

Melissa Smith, 28, of Main Street in Salem, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on July 30, 2016, for driving under the influence, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Michael MacDonald, 21, of Bedros Street in Windham, for theft and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. They were arrested after a report of a disturbance on Rockingham Road near Page Road.
