Former High School Teacher Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua man indicted for firing gun through a wall of another residence; Hudson man indicted on Merrimack bad check charge; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Ryan D. Duval, 35, of Brook Drive in Hudson on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of making a check payable to Merrimack Autosport for $4,500 on March 3 from a Santander Bank account that did not exist.
Sandra Foote, 59, of East Pearl Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 from Dollar General in Nashua between June 30 and July 19.

Eric Harrison, 46, of Senter Farm Estates in Hudson on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of depositing several checks that were not valid at Partners Bank in Hudson between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31.
Jeremy Hernandez, 24, of McLaren Avenue in Nashua on a reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun, where the bullet went through the wall of an adjacent residence on March 9 in Nashua.

Peter Hernandez Jr., 26, of Forge Drive in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Nashua on Aug. 5. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Accused Of Strangling A Woman On Forge Drive
Brandon Kear, 33, of Abel Road in Rindge on four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a student of the Mascenic Regional High School in New Ipswich between April 1 and April 30, 2020, in Milford, and April 1 and April 30, 2020, Jan. 1 and June 30, 2021, and June 1 and June 30, 2021, in New Ipswich, when the student was up to 10 months after graduation. According to stories online, Kear was a physical education teacher at the school and coached boys basketball. He was suspended in October 2022.
Melissa Kimball, 34, of Railroad Square in Nashua on reckless conduct and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and driving a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon, crossing a double yellow line, and placing others at risk while attempting to evade police in Hudson on June 18.
Coeurdalene Lapierre, 39, of Shelley Drive in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge, amphetamine and dextroamphetamine pills, on Aug. 5 in Hudson.
