Alleged Rapist, Habitual Offenders Indicted: Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Patricia Christopher, 39, of no fixed address, for two counts of possession of controlled drugs-Clonazepam, marijuana, one a felony, on March 8, 2016, in Nashua.

Angel Conde, 24, pictured at the bottom, of Amory Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine on Jan. 7, and Jan. 12, 2016, in Nashua. Also indicted was Miguel Conde, 24, pictured at the bottom, of Amory Street in Nashua, for three counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, subsequent, on March 24, April 6, and April 19, 2016 in Nashua. Conte was previously convicted of sale of an illegally drug in January 2014 in Milford CT Superior Court.

Travis Cox, 40, of Thurston Hill Road in Rutland, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, on May 18, 2016, in Milford.

Clint Depalmer, 35, of Griffin Street in Merrimack, for three counts of felon in possession of a firearm, all felonies. In Hollis on March 23, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of shotguns. He was convicted in Connecticut on a controlled drugs charge.

Caralee Doyle, 44, of Elm Street in Milford, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking a travel mug and drink holder from Dunkin’ Donuts on May 5, 2016, after previously being convicted twice of theft.

Breanna Fields, 21, pictured upper right, of Jackson Avenue in Allenstown, for habitual offender and theft by unauthorized taking on April 9, 2016, in Hudson. She allegedly stole clothing from Walmart and was arrested while driving on Lowell Street.

Heriberto Figueroa-Torres, 33, pictured upper center, of Palm Street in Nashua, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence. On April 17, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly raped a woman.

Christine Flanagan, 20, pictured upper left, of Mount William Pond Road in Weare, for felony disorderly conduct on March 22, 2016, in Pelham, for allegedly making loud and unreasonable noises.

Sandra Foote, 52, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender after allegedly being caught driving on Main Street in May 15, 2016, in Nashua. She was deemed a habitual offender in May 2002.
