Alleged Sexting Teacher, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
3 alleged Nashua welfare fraudsters, felon allegedly with a deadly weapon in Merrimack, alleged statutory rapist from Milford all indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Aaron Keene, 37, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, due to two prior convictions, for allegedly stealing Ralph Lauren bed sheets belonging to TJ Maxx on Aug. 12, 2016, in Nashua. He was convicted in Milford District Court and Nashua District Court in 2016 on theft charges in 2016.

Melissa Kimball, 27, of Broad Street in Nashua, on three counts of sale controlled drug-fentanyl, second offense, and three counts of sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, second offense, all felonies. She allegedly sold drugs to an informant working for the Nashua Police Department in December 2015 and January 2016. Kimball previously was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in May 2014.
Michael Kopka, 50, of Pine Street in Nashua, for two counts of receiving stolen property, both felonies, due to two prior convictions. In March and April, and August 2016, he allegedly gained control of a bicycle from one person and then tools, camping and fishing equipment, and other items belonging to multiple individuals, valued at more than $1,500, that he later fenced at Tradeland and Goodeed Electronics. Kopka was previously convicted of theft in August 2011 and stolen property in August 2009 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Bruce Lanctot, 41, of Stark Street in Nashua, for two counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited and indecent exposure and lewdness, all felonies. In March 2016, he allegedly used Facebook to communicate with someone that he thought was under 16, for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct, and transmitted a picture of his exposed genitals to the child.
Joshua Lyonnais, 35, of Bismark Street in Manchester, for attempted theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly acting in concert with Scott Collier to remove televisions and sound equipment, valued at more than $1,500, from the BJ’s Wholesale Club in Nashua on March 25, 2016.
Evelyn D. Mallette, 33, with a last known address of Pleasant Street in Nashua, for felony welfare fraud. Between January and March 2014, she allegedly sold and/or transferred more than $1,000 of food stamp and EBT benefits to Amy Mayfield (Laponsee) and other unidentified individuals.
Jami Marquis, 22, of Foster Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of fentanyl, subsequent offense, allegedly on May 8, 2016, in Nashua. She was previously convicted of possession in July 2015 in Nashua District Court.
Jason Marrotte, 27, of Mason Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine, subsequent, allegedly in April 2016 in Nashua.
Amy Mayfield (Laponsee), 31, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, for three felony counts of welfare fraud. Between December 2011 and August 2012, and again between November 2013 and May 2014, she allegedly made false statements about her husband, Donald Mayfield Jr., did not reside with her to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services in order to obtain more than $2,000 in benefits she was not entitled to receive. Between January and March 2014, she allegedly purchased food stamp and EBT benefits from Evelyn D. Mallette that she was not entitled to receive.
Donald Mayfield Jr., 34, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, for felony welfare fraud. Between January 2012 and August 2012, he allegedly obtained more than $1,000 in Medicare and food stamp benefits that he was not entitled to received.
Jacob Maynard, 24, of Lancaster Street in Franklin, for felon in possession of a deadly weapon, a felony. On Aug. 14, 2016, in Merrimack, he allegedly was in possession of a knife. Maynard was convicted of theft by deception in November 2015 in Merrimack Superior Court.
Ryan Moyen, 25, of John Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on May 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Michael Pagan, 21, of West Street in Milford, for two counts of felonious sexual assault, both felonies. On April 2, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly had sexual relations with a 15-year-old.
