Hollis Teen Faces Assault Charge, Accused Of An ‘Unprovoked’ Attack In Downtown Nashua In November

NASHUA, NH — A teen from Hollis was accused of punching another man in the face during an incident on Main Street in late November.

According to police, on Nov. 27, officers were sent to Main Street, between Park and Temple streets, for a report of a man on the ground who was unconscious. The victim, also a teenager, was taken to the hospital with serious multiple injuries, according to Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department.

“Officers spoke with a witness, who remained on scene and said a male, unprovoked, attacked the victim by punching him in the head and knocking him to the ground, before fleeing the area,” Cinelli said. “The witness stated that after being struck in the head, the victim fell to the ground and remained unconscious.”

Detectives worked the case and identified Connor Cook, 19, of Hollis, as a suspect. He was arrested on Dec. 23, 2025, on a warrant and held on preventive detention. Cook was arraigned in Nashua District Court on Dec. 24, 2025.
