Homeless Man In Nashua Charged With Selling Heroin Again

NASHUA, NH — A local man, with no fixed address, was arrested this week on another drug dealing charge, according to police. Brian Hayward, 33, was arrested on Aug. 19, after detectives received information accusing him of selling heroin in Nashua. Based on the information, a warrant was issued for Hayward's arrest.

Monday, police found him at the Nashua District Court and took him into custody. He was formally charged with one count of acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-heroin-second offense, a felony. Hayward will be arraigned at a later date.

Hayward, according to a post on Patch, was indicted on felony theft counts in 2016, for stealing speakers and Natural Ice beers after being convicted in both 2014 and 2015 on theft charges. In January, he was arrested at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on another felony theft charge.
