Hudson Man Caught In Operation Cyber Guardian Net: Nashua Police
Richard Lemere was arrested on a warrant after being accused of sending pictures and communicating with a person he believed to be a child.

NASHUA, NH — Operation Cyber Guardian, the combined initiative by the Nashua Police Department and the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children trying to find men communicating with juveniles for sex, has led to another arrest of a man accused of sending naked pictures of himself and communicating with a person thought to be a child. The ICAC and Nashua police began the enforcement effort earlier this year which led 12 arrests in late May. A 13th man was arrested in June.
In the latest case, police launched an investigation into Richard Lemere, 56, of Ferry Street in Hudson, "who was communicating with a person he believed to be a juvenile regarding sexual contact between them."
Lt. Daniel Mederos of the criminal investigation division of the Nashua Police Department accused Lemere of transmitting "three lewd photographs of himself" and also made arrangements to travel to Nashua to engage in sexual contact with the person. After the investigation, a warrant was issued for Lemere's arrest.
