Manchester Woman Indicted for Selling Crack
Plus, Nashua man indicted for burglary, assaulting woman.

The following were recently indicted in Hillsborough Superior Court:
Yahira Acevedo-Torres aka Yennifer Lara Troncoso of Willow Street in Manchester was indicted on eight counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug. The court alleges that Troncoso allegedly sold crack with Luis Ruiz-Gonzalez to a Nashua Police officer on June 12, June 18, June 27, and July 3: by herself on June 24, June 30, and July 1; and with another unknown man on July 1.
Bruce Apostolas of an unknown address by previously from North State Street in Concord was indicted on a felony identity fraud charge. It’s alleged that on Aug. 25, in Hudson, he obtained personal identifying information with the intent of posing as that person and giving a police officer that information.

Christopher Carey of Central Street in Hudson was indicted on a theft by unauthorized taking charge from July 30, in Nashua. He allegedly stole two Extra Energy shots from the Family Dollar story on East Hollis Street in Nashua.
Amber Charland of Kinsley Street in Nashua was indicted on a felony possession of controlled drugs charge. She allegedly was in possession of 11 alprazolam pills on July 31.

Bret Cooper of Old Milford Road in Brookline was indicted on convicted felons charge for allegedly being in possession of a Taurus 9mm firearm after having been previously convicted of felony receiving stolen property in 2004.
Dave Deroin of Willow Street in Manchester was indicted on felony second-degree assault and assault, domestic violence, charges. He allegedly strangled and assaulted another person on Sept. 15, in Hudson.
Ryan Goodine of Chestnut Street in Nashua was indicted on felony burglary, resisting detention, and simple assault charges. On Aug. 10, he allegedly burglarized a location on Major Drive in Nashua, struck a woman in the face with his hand, and tried to keep from being taken into custody by police.
