Alleged Heroin Dealer Indicted After Nashua Arrest

Plus, Milford woman indicted for drug possession, New Durham man allegedly choked woman, Nashua man allegedly threatens another with a gun.

The Hillsborough Superior Court recently indicted the following individuals:

Justin Leonard, 24, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for three counts of receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, attempted theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. In October 2014, while in Nashua, he allegedly stole items from a woman and a man, and a razor from CVS. He was previously convicted in Derry District Court in 2011 and Rockingham Superior Court in 2012.

Jonathan Marcum, 29, of Prescott Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute from September 2014 in Nashua.

Andrew R. Marston, 31, of Dugout Road in Hudson, for felony possession of heroin in September 2014 in Hudson.

Brandon Mayer, 25, of Willow Street in Manchester, for felony robbery after an incident in November 2014 in Nashua allegedly with Devin Walsman. Mayer allegedly used physical force to hold down a man while Walsman allegedly punched him in the face.

Robert J. Nelson Jr., 47, of Merrymeeting Road in New Durham, for felony second-degree assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, domestic violence-simple assault. He allegedly threw a woman to the floor, strangled her, and threatened to kill her in Pelham in October 2014.

Nicholas Nicolaides, 32, of Pillsbury Road in Londonderry, for felony falsifying evidence after an incident in November 2014 in Nashua. He allegedly removed a hypodermic needle from a woman’s arm and threw it behind a parked vehicle.

Fnu Lnu aka Ricardo Ortiz-Hernadez, 22, of Washington Street in Dorchester, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense (heroin) and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) in Nashua in September 2014.

Chelsea Osterman, 25, of Harvard Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender and driving without giving proof after being stopped in Nashua in November 2014.

Tyler Paul, 22, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly waving a handgun in front of another man during a road rage incident in Nashua.

Ryan Paquin, 28, of Faxton Street in Nashua, for felony armed robbery for allegedly robbing East Hollis Street Variety and using force, while armed, to demand money.

Kimberly Pereira, 41, of Spalding Street in Nashua, for three counts of possession of a controlled drug (amphetamine, dextroamphetamine, alprazolam, clonazepam) and a possession of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine) in November 2013 in Nashua.

Eddie Perez-Cepeda, 45, of Guy Park Avenue in Amsterdam, NY, for felony burglary after an incident on Sawyer Street in Nashua on June 23, 2009.

Deborah Philbrick, 29, of Amherst Street in Milford, for felony possession (fentanyl) on Nov. 12, 2014, in Milford.

Kyle Rodier, 30, of Sullivan Road in Hudson, on two felony counts theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly depriving Modern Protective Coatings of scaffolding and steel wire in September 2014 in Hudson.

Forest Rowell, 45, of Platts Avenue in Manchester, for felony obtaining a drug through fraud. On May 14, 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly obtained hydrocodone from Walgreens after having independently consulted two or more practitioners.

William Santana, 29, of North State Street in Concord, for felony sale of a controlled drug (marijuana) on July 17, 2013, in Nashua.

Danielle Scrima, 40, unknown address, for felony theft by unauthorized taking on July 5, 2014. She allegedly stole two Surface Pro tablets and adhesive labels from the Staples in Nashua.
