State Police Make Drug Busts, DWI Arrests
This week's roundup of New Hampshire State Police arrests and news briefs.

Troop D
Nathaniel Dostaler, 19, of Bennington, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. on Nov. 4, for possession of a controlled drug, less than 5 grams, marijuana/hashish.
William Cook, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Nov. 5, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, uninspected vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug, less than 5 grams, marijuana/hashish. He was arrested on Hazen Drive.

Shane Burgess, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 6, for DUI, impairment.
Raymond Hernandez Santiago, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. on Nov. 7, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Kellly Pope, 24, of Beverly, MA, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.
George Heagele, 42, of Bedford, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Nov. 8, and charged with DUI, impairment, and DUI, adult greater than 0.08.
Keith Bowen, 36, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. on Nov. 8, on a carrying a handgun without a license charge. He was arrested on I-93 southbound south of the rest area.
Joseph Thomas, 70, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 7:11 a.m. on Nov. 9, on a reckless operation charge on I-89 in New London.
Deborah David, 61, of Winthrop, MA, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Nov. 9, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on I-89 in New London.
Troop E
Richard Lehmann, 49, of Conway, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Nov. 14, on a driving after revocation or suspension charges on Route 16 southbound at Linderof, Bartlett.
Timothy Letze, 21, of Farmington, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Nov. 14, on a possession of a controlled drug, marijuana/hashish, less than 5 grams, charge. He was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee.
Harrison Gorham, 29, of Rochester, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Nov. 15, on a on a possession of a controlled drug, marijuana/hashish, less than 5 grams, charge. He was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee.
Troop F
Matthew Hart, 21, of Center Barnstead, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on Nov. 10, on an OAS charge in New Hampton.
Scott Myrick, 47, of Nottingham, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on Nov. 13, on a drug charge while in Ashland.
Ricky Lefaivre, 53, of Littleton, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Nov. 13, on a driving while intoxicated charge while in Bethlehem.
Matthew Tingle, 24, of Hanover, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Nov. 15, on a reckless driving charge. He was arrested in Haverhill.
Drug arrest
Submitted by the state police:
On Nov. 15, at approximately 1:05 a.m., Trooper Aaron D. Gillis of the New Hampshire State Police, Troop C, conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the city of Keene. After observing indicators of drug impairment and use, the driver of the vehicle, 24 year old Christina Goodnow of Spofford, consented to a search of the vehicle. This consent search revealed approximately 10 grams heroin. As a result of this initial search, the vehicle was seized for further investigation. Trooper Gills applied for and was granted a search warrant for the vehicle through the New Hampshire 8th Circuit Court, District Division Keene. The search authorized by the court revealed an additional approximate 30 grams of heroin as well as a quantity of marijuana and hashish in the vehicle. Goodnow is charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs with Intent to Distribute - heroin (Felony). The passenger of the vehicle, 27-year-old Christopher Silvernale also of Spofford, was charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs - marijuana (Misdemeanor).
Both Goodnow and Silvernale were arraigned on Nov. 17, in the 8th Circuit Court, District Division Keene. Goodnow is being held at the Cheshire County House of Corrections on $1,000 cash bail. She is scheduled for a probable cause hearing Nov. 26, in Keene. Silvernale is being held at the Cheshire County House of Corrections on $2500.00 cash or surety. He is scheduled for trial on the misdemeanor marijuana charge in January, 2015 in Keene.

Drug arrest
Submitted by the state police:
On Nov. 19, the NH State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit arrested: Forest Rowell, 44, of Platts Avenue, Manchester. After receiving a complaint from Target pharmacy in Hooksett, pertaining to prescriptions being filled from multiple practitioners. Rowell was charged with the Obtaining a Controlled Drug by Fraud or Deceit “Doctor Shopping.” Rowell was given a court date for the 9th Circuit District Division Nashua for Feb. 4, 2015 at 0800 hours.
