Merrimack Man Charged With Drug Possession In CVS Parking Lot
Nashua police said Jeffrey Genet, 22, who has a previous NH drug conviction, had more than five grams of cocaine and heroin/fentanyl.

NASHUA, NH — A Merrimack man has been charged with felony drug possession in Nashua after police said he was found in possession of cocaine and heroin/fentanyl in a CVS parking lot. The charges against Jeffrey Genet, 22, are enhanced due to a previous drug conviction in New Hampshire.
Nashua police said on Oct. 30 the Criminal Investigation Division found Genet in possession of more than five grams of cocaine and heroin/fentanyl in the parking lot of the CVS on Main Street. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he turned himself into Nashua police on Wednesday.
Due to his previous conviction, he was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug — second offense.

Genet was previously charged in a Granite Shield drug sweep in 2017 and one in 2018.
A Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years in prison. He was released on personal recognizance with arraignment scheduled for Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Nov. 21.
