Merrimack Man Indicted On 10 Child Sexual Abuse Image Charges: Court
Plus: Nashua men face knife charges; Manchester woman indicted on drug dealing charges; Greenville man faces strangulation, other charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South recently.
Scot Andrews, 57, of Albert Street in Pelham on reckless conduct and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of holding a prong carving folk at the neck of a male on May 2, 2020, in Pelham.
Derek Barker, 36, of Tyler Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on May 9, 2021, in Hudson.

Jordan Beaudette, 32, of North Road in Deerfield on felony accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of aiding another on June 23 in Nashua by repeatedly yelling, “someone is coming,” while Ryan Cooper was accused of removing a catalytic converter from a Chevrolet Silverado.
Andrew Booth, 30, of Worcester Street in Nashua on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on June 11 in Nashua.

Robert D. Burelle, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester on seven forgery charges as well as theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. The drug charge was from March 26 in Manchester. The theft charge involved more than $3,000 between Oct. 9, and Oct. 23, 2020. The forgery charges involved checks uttered between Oct. 9 and Oct. 23, 2020.
Michael Burford, 52, of Tanager Court in Merrimack on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse image charges. He was accused of possessing the photos on Jan. 27 in Merrimack.
Nicole Cangimilla, 38, of Spruce Street in Manchester on two felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl with intent to sell charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs and selling them, while acting in concert with Lawrence Connolly, the indictment said, on May 28 in Merrimack.
Vladimir Capre, 45, of Congress Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another man on May 24 in Nashua and saying, “Keep running your mouth. I have a gun and a license to carry” or words to that effect.
John Carbone, 47, of Honey Lane in Pelham on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching a man in the face on Dec. 13, 2020, in Pelham and causing two fractures.
Brian Connelly, 37, of Palm Street in Nashua on a second-degree assault charge. He was accused of holding a knife to another person’s throat on June 9 in Nashua causing lacerations.
Felix Melo, 30, of C Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges on Aug. 26, Sept. 12, and Oct. 16, 2019.
Richard Nduwayezu, 20, of Martin Street in Nashua on felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a kitchen knife at another person and threatening to kill them or words to that effect on May 9 in Nashua.
Viviana Rosario, 34, of Palm Street in Nashua on a possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense charge on June 10 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on controlled drug: acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2015.
Kyle Roy, 31, of Adams Avenue in Greenville on second-degree assault-domestic violence, domestic violence-criminal threatening, criminal threatening, simple assault, and endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was accused of strangling a woman in front of a child and threatening her with a gun on April 14 in Wilton and threatening a police officer in Greenville on April 14.
