More Indictments Issued in Nashua Pawn Shop Case

Plus, man indicted for stolen gift cards for AIDS/HIV victims and man allegedly stuffs bottles of cologne in his pants.

The Hillsborough County Superior Court indicted the following people recently:

Benjamin Harding, 41, of Ash Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug (diazepam), second offense, after an incident on June 5, 2015, in Nashua. Harding was convicted in February 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court for control of a motor vehicle where a controlled drug is kept.

Hai Ho, 53, of Cox Street in Nashua, on four counts of felony receiving stolen property. He’s alleged to have acted in concert with Lan Tran and received ink cartridges that were stolen from the Nashua BJ’s Wholesale Club allegedly from BJ’s Wholesale Club in 2014; Michael Kors purses from TJMaxx allegedly received from Doris Berry in 2014; thermostats from F.W. Webb, allegedly from Derek Borsini in 2014; and baby monitors, fitness watches, and other items, allegedly from Ross Clapper in 2014.

Corey Jordan, 22, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony for allegedly defrauding $1,950 on May 28, and May 29, 2015, from another person.

Jeremy Jordan, 27, of Granite Street in Nashua, for felony forgery, for allegedly defrauding another of $975 on May 30, 2015, in Nashua.

Julian Jordan, 23, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three counts of forgery, all felonies, for allegedly defrauding another of $2,945 in May 2015 in Nashua.

Gerald Langlois, 46, of Auburn Street in Nashua, for robbery and receiving stolen property, both felonies, after allegedly punching a man in the stomach and attempting to steal his computer on July 31, 2015, in Nashua, and obtaining Market Basket gift cards that were stolen and owned by the Southern NH HIV/AIDS Task Force on June 19, 2015.

Noel Lao, 46, incarcerated, for felony theft by unauthorized taking (third strike) for allegedly stealing about $358 worth of cologne from the Target on Amherst Street. He reportedly stuffed them in his pants, according to the indictment. Lao was convicted of theft and concealment in 2014.

Luis Maldonado-Arroyo, 36, for felony burglary after allegedly breaking into the La Simpatica Bar and Grill on West Hollis Street in Nashua on July 10, 2015.

Robert McAuliffe, 33, incarcerated, for second-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, and two counts of criminal restraint. On Aug. 9, 2015, in Hudson, he allegedly strangled a female “intimate partner” twice and kept her from leaving through a bedroom window twice.

Curtis Milbourn, 27, of Maple Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (hydrocodone) on June 9, 2015, in Nashua.

Wendy Nero, 38, of Riverlea Extension in Milford, for felony criminal threatening-domestic violence for allegedly threatening her husband with a loaded handgun on July 26, 2015, allegedly stating, “words to the effect of ‘you brought me to this.’”
