Man Indicted for Second-Degree Murder
Plus, Goffstown woman allegedly threatens boyfriend with a knife after cutting the head off a teddy bear.

The following people were indicted in the Hillsborough County Superior Court in July 2015:
Ashli Johnson, 25, of Major Drive in Nashua, for four felony counts of sale of controlled drug and felony possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute. In October and December 2013, she allegedly sold oxycodone in a person cooperating with the Nashua Police Department. On March 10, 2015, she was allegedly caught with oxycodone.

Jordan Kelley, 22, of Lake Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender after being arrested on April 29, 2015, for allegedly driving in Nashua.
Noel Lao, 46, of Ash Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing hair clippers valued at about $60 at Walmart in Hudson after previously being convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in December 2014 and willful concealment in Salem District Court in November 2014.

Troy R. Laroque, 46, of Cross Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug (clonazepam, nandrolone decanoate, and sustanon) on April, 18, 2015, in Nashua.
Joseph Lawrence, 62, of Merrimack, for two counts of second-degree murder for allegedly shooting his wife in the neck with a revolver.
Nicole LeMay, 42, of Mast Road in Goffstown, for felony criminal threatening. She allegedly held a knife to her boyfriend’s neck and threatened him after cutting off the head of a teddy bear. She allegedly stated, “If I can do this to the bear, I can do it to you.”
Justin Leonard, 25, of Willow Street in Manchester, for felony theft unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly taking $24 from a woman on May 4, 2015, while in Nashua, after previously being convicted in December 2011 in Derry District Court and Rockingham Superior Court in December 2012.
Jeffrey Lindberg, 9, of Parnell Street in Weymouth, MA, for felony criminal liability for conduct of another: theft by unauthorized taking. On Feb. 24, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly assisted with others in stealing jewelry from the Barmakian Jewelers on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua.
Antonio Maben, 28, of Arlene Drive in Pelham, for felony habitual offender and disobeying a police officer after being stopped on June 22, 2015, in Pelham. He allegedly gave a false name to the officer during the stop. Maben was convicted of being a habitual offender in June 2012.
