Nashua Felon Indicted On Robbery, Threat, Machete Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Milford man indicted on child assault charges; Nashua man indicted on carjacking charge; teen accused of stealing sunglasses in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Marques Stanford, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua on robbery, criminal threatening, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of punching a man in the head and stealing his motor vehicle outside the Temple Street Market in Nashua on Sept. 12, as well as threatening him and possessing a machete. Stanford is a felon due to an armed robbery conviction in January 2012 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Sann Than, 41, of Marshall Street in Milford on three felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of repeatedly assaulting a young child in Milford on April 19.

Barton Tibando, 53, of West Hobart Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on July 6 in Nashua and felony robbery on Sept. 11 in Nashua. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person inside a van and saying, “Get out, get out, or I’m gonna shoot you,” or words to that effect. Robert Stark, 38, of no fixed address on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of throwing a brick through the front window at The Hidden Pig in Nashua on July 10.

Tyquannya Tyson, 28, of Bay Bridge Drive in Nashua on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Aug. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Ronald Velasquez Avendano, 19, of Chestnut Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing seven pairs of sunglasses from Sunglasses Hut in Merrimack on Oct. 2.
Jonathan Velasquez-Rodriguez, 42, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of collecting $6,894 in rent payments from a tenant he was not allowed to receive between Dec. 1 and Dec. 27, 2022, in Nashua.
Peter Waddell, 56, of Marquis Avenue in Nashua on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and three reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at three other people in Nashua on Sept. 30.
Kathleen Carroll, 28, of Auburn Street in Nashua on five felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense, crack cocaine, heroin, suboxone, cocaine, and clonidine hydrochloride, on Sept. 4 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court in August.
Sarah M. Coburn, 36, of Bridge Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Rite Aid on Main Street in Nashua on May 27. Twice before, in Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2018 and Hillsborough County Superior Court North in April 2019, she was convicted on theft charges.
