Nashua Police Round Up 16 People In 2 Weeks During Operation Granite Shield Actions

With the help of Hillsborough County Sheriffs employees, 16 people were charged for drugs or crimes related to drug activity, cops say.

NASHUA, NH — During the last two weeks of April, Nashua police, with the help of members of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department, made 16 arrests on drug charges or crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other offenses, Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer for the Nashua Police Department, said.

The arrests were made during the weeks of April 17 and April 24, and Operation Granite Shield funds were used as part of the effort.

Kevin Baez-Lebron, 26, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and driving without giving proof charges.

Jessica Berube, 36, of Kinsley Street in Nashua was charged with two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine.

Jessica Bullard, 40, of no fixed address, was charged with felony possession of heroin/fentanyl and breach of bail — after being arrested on drug charges on April 5, April 6, and April 19, police said.

Kathleen Carroll, 27, of no fixed address, was arrested on a sale of heroin/fentanyl charge.

Jamie Cresta, 47, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua was charged with possession of heroin-fentanyl and an active warrant by Amherst police on a theft charge.

Jamie Dunn, 34, of Mills Street in Greenville was arrested on three felony drug possession charges-suboxone, Adderall, and clonazepam counts, stalking-domestic violence, and domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Charles Foote, 56, of no fixed address, was charged with felony operating as a habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges. He also had a capias warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court.

Darren Killeen, 50, of no fixed address, was arrested on felony possession of fentanyl/heroin-subsequent charge and a capias warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jonah Mims, 36, of Worcester Street in Nashua was arrested on a capias warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South connected to a robbery charge.

Benjamin Phillips, 36, of Maple Street in Pepperell, Massachusetts, was arrested on a felony possession of heroin-fentanyl charge.

Mark Ruppel, 34, of Harvard Street in Nashua was arrested on two felony counts of sale of heroin/fentanyl.

Victorio Santiago, 46, of Ash Street in Nashua was arrested on an electronic bench warrant.

Michael Shea, 30, of McKenna Drive in Nashua was arrested on a New Hampshire State Police felony drug possession warrant.

Jackie Simons, 32, of Clocktower Place in Nashua was arrested on felony possession of cocaine charge and two electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.

Jeffrey Weston, 42, of no fixed address, was charged with felony possession of heroin/fentanyl.

Randy Widmer, 36, of no fixed address, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and an electronic bench warrant out of Nashua District Court.

Bullard and Carroll were held on cash bail. Baez-Lebron was released on $250. Foote, Killeen, and Dunn were held without bail. Berube, Cresta, Mims, Phillips, Ruppel, Santiago, Shea, Simons, and Weston were released on personal recognizance. Widmer refused bail.
