Nashua Man Arrested On 4 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges
Jacob Donald-Docarmo was arrested on Tuesday on felony charges after an investigation that began in 2023. He also had an active warrant.

NASHUA, NH — A Gate City man with several priors is facing felony charges after being accused of possessing child sexual abuse images.
In 2023, police in Nashua received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children “regarding the possession of a substantial amount of child sexual abuse images,” Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department, said. The suspect in the case was Jacob Donald-Docarmo, 26, of Nashua.
“Detectives assigned to the Cybercrimes Against Children Unit furthered the investigation and identified Donald-Docarmo as the suspect,” Cinelli said. “Detectives obtained a search warrant and located a quantity of child sexual abuse images on Donald-Docarmo’s cell phone.”

A warrant was issued against Donald-Docarmo and he was arrested on Oct. 8 on four felony child sexual abuse images charges. He also had an active capias warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court-South for failure to appear.
Donald-Docarmo was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Wednesday.

According to superior court records, Donald-Docarmo was arrested on a felony drug charge in June 2018 in Lebanon, but the charge was nolle prossed a couple of months later.
In October 2023, Donald-Docarmo was arrested on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge in Merrimack. On March 7, he failed to appear in court at a dispositional conference. Six weeks later, he failed to appear again. On June 27, he failed to appear again. Donald-Docarmo also failed to appear at a status conference hearing on Sept. 19. Donald-Docarmo has a status conference on Nov. 13.
He was also arrested on theft and criminal trespass charges in July in Nashua.
