Manchester Felon Indicted On Nashua Gun, Threat, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Nashua man and woman indicted on crack cocaine sale charges; MA woman accused of burglary in Hudson; thief indicted on wine theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Thomas Carroll, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing three Black Box wines from CVS on Oct. 15, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2017 and Laconia District Court in April 2005.

Leeann Cote, 51, of Whitney Street in Nashua on common nuisances-a 1988 Chevrolet Tioga residential mobile home, three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, intent to distribute charges, crack cocaine, all felonies, between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, Cote was convicted on sale of a controlled drug in July 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jillene Cotter, 43, of Washington Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of acting in concert with Christopher Mahoney and burglarizing a room at the Great Eagle Motel in Hudson on Sept. 19, 2023, the indictment said.

Anthony Daylor, 33, of no fixed address in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence, convicted felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct, two reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and two criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a Ruger Security 9 mm handgun at a woman, a man, and a child, and threatening them during a verbal argument in Nashua on Oct. 28, 2023. He was accused of throwing the gun between a fence and brush after the incident. Daylor is a felon due to a felony second-degree assault conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2016.

Jacob Donald-Docarmo, 26, of Pine Street Extension in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack on Oct. 8, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Eder Dos Santos, 43, of Glover Avenue in Quincy, MA, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 18, 2023, in Hudson.

Thomas Eosue, 25, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Sept. 11, 2023, in Nashua.

Michael Farrington, 39, of Temple Street in Nashua on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. He was accused of selling crack cocaine to others four times on March 1, 2023, in Nashua.
