Homeless Woman, Felon Arrested On Stalking Charges: Nashua Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Desiree Charter, 38, a homeless woman now located in Nashua, was arrested on July 30, 2024, on two stalking charges.

Frederick M. Cote, 35, of Roedean Drive in Nashua was arrested on July 30 on domestic violence-simple assault and criminal trespass charges.

Brian M. Locke, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on July 29 on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Omar E. Lopez Rosario, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on July 29 on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge.

Michael Anthony Jones, 33, of Gilman Street in Nashua was arrested on two resisting arrest or detention charges on July 28.

Caitlyn D. Richardson, 36, of Texas Lane in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, was arrested on July 27 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

David Carbonneau, 45, of Shadowwood Boulevard in Hudson, Florida, was arrested on July 26 on a conduct after an accident charge.

Jacob H. Donald-Docarmo, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on July 25 on criminal trespass and two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges.

Yuri Barbosa De Silva, 26, of Barlet Road in Nantucket, MA, was arrested on July 25 on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Henri Robert Guite, 44, of Sanders Road in Hudson was arrested on July 24 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge.

Jeffrey I. Wyatt III, 25, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on July 23 on an out-of-town warrant.

Pablo Ismael Rodriguez, 35, of Temple Street in Nashua was arrested on an out-of-town warrant on July 23 as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge.

Jacqueline E. Geoffrey, 35, of High Street in Antrim was arrested on July 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.
