Nashua Man Arrested On Theft By Deception Charges: Cop Log

Plus, Manchester, Deering, and Pelham residents face driving charges and a homeless man was cited for prohibited acts in a park/playground.

NASHUA, NH — Juan C. Morgan, born 1992, of Silver Street in Manchester, was arrested on March 11, on driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof charges.

Daniel M. Enright, born 1986, of East Deering Road in Deering, was arrested on March 11, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, driver’s license prohibitions, and suspension of vehicle registration.

Hunter Phillips, born 1994, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested on March 10, on three counts of theft by deception-less than $1,000 and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000.

David J. Martin, born 1976, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on March 9, on four electronic bench warrants for failure to appear at an arraignment. He was also cited on a violation of a city ordinance-prohibited acts in a park/playground.

Brent Descoteaux, born 1982, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on March 8, on a simple assault charge.

Brandon Wells, born 1971, of Keyes Hill Road in Pelham, was arrested on March 7, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

John A. McAndrews, born 1981, of Yarmouth Drive in Nashua, was arrested on March 7, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration.
