Alleged Nashua drug dealers indicted, Milford woman indicted on forgery charges after incident in Merrimack, man indicted on weapon charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Carlos Lopez-Alzate, 30, lower left, of New Dunstable Road in Nashua, for second-degree assault. On Sept. 12, 2017, he allegedly strangled a domestic partner in Nashua.

Shane McKenzie, 38, upper right, incarcerated in Manchester at the time of the indictment, for kidnapping and criminal threatening, both felonies, allegedly while acting in concert with John Emery, Jeremiah Starkweather, and Christopher Dallas-Koziol in Nashua on Oct. 22, 2017.

Brian Mains, 27, of Dionne Drive in Manchester, for felony possession of drugs-amphetamine/dextroamphetamine-subsequent allegedly on Oct. 31, 2017, in Hollis. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drugs; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in May 2012.

Sean McCormack, 23, of Shawnee Road in Pepperell, MA, for felony possession of drugs-clonazepam allegedly on Nov. 6, 2017, in Nashua.

Christopher Morin, 32, of Silver Street in Somersworth, for felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a sharp instrument allegedly on April 14, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Los Angeles CA Metro Court for robbery in September 2003.

John Panos, 37, upper middle, of Fairmount Street in Nashua, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, MDMA, and possession-marijuana with intent to distribute, all felonies, allegedly in September and October 2017, in Nashua.

Hunter Phillips, 23, upper left, of no known address, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and two counts of possession-Suboxone, fentanyl, all felonies, allegedly on Dec. 6, 2017, in Nashua.
