Nashua Man Indicted, Accused Of Threatening To Kill Cop: County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Nashua woman indicted on child assault charge; Merrimack felon indicted on gun charges, accused of shooting at homes in Hudson.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Tiffany Leger, 27, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of striking a child in the head and causing bruising in Aug. 6, 2023, in Nashua.
Stephen Leonard, 35, of Merrimack Street in Merrimack on felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and reckless conduct charges. Also indicted was Tabitha Leonard, 36, of Lenny Lane in Hudson on a felony reckless conduct charge. They were accused of shooting firearms at multiple homes in Hudson on July 2, 2023.

Jose Lopez, 41, of Washington Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Pelham on Aug. 24, 2023.
Christopher Mahoney, 44, of Village Road in Middleton, MA, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Jillene Cotter to burglarize a room at the Great Eagle Motel in Hudson on Sept. 19, 2023.

Paige Meara, 28, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on Sept. 20, 2023, in Nashua. She was previously convicted of acts prohibited in November 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Jorge Medina Velazquez, 29, of Commercial Street in Nashua on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on April 19, 2023, in Nashua.
James Morris, 32, of D Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to kill a Nashua police officer by saying, “I promise you … you’re dead … you’re dead when I find out what your f------ name is” and then, later, “I’m going to f------ kill this police officer, I swear to God, he’s dead. The dude is dead,” on Oct. 26, 2023.
Stephen Movafaghi, 41, of Hawkstead Hollow in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon and striking another motor vehicle several times on Route 101A in Merrimack on July 7, 2023.
