Merrimack Man Accused Of Shooting Gun At Homes: Court Indictments
Hudson, Londonderry, Nashua men face drug dealing charges; strangulation indictments; man indicted on drunken moped driving, crash charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Jonah Simmons, 24, of Cannongate Road in Nashua on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a truck on Monza Road after being certified as a habitual offender on May 28 in Nashua.
Stacey Slaoui, 45, of Ponderosa Avenue in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 24 in Nashua.

Joshua Smith, 37, of Speare Lane in Hudson on a felony sale of fentanyl charge from March 18 and two felony counts of possession of fentanyl from April 16 and June 28 in Nashua.
Joshua Souther, 32, of Factory Street in Nashua on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, crack cocaine charges on May 18 in Nashua.

Philip Tausky, 26, of Elijah Hill Lane in Londonderry on a felony possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute charge on July 2 in Hudson.
David Terilli, 40, of Pinehurst Avenue in Billerica, Massachusetts, on identity fraud and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another person when renting a 2019 Nissan Rogue on Jan. 29 and not returning the SUV on Jan. 30 in Nashua.
Ernest Trautwein, 19, of Bay Road in Milford, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of controlling a black utility trailer owned by another person on April 24 in Nashua.
Florencio Vazquez, 27, of Palm Street in Nashua on six second-degree assault charges as well as a criminal threatening charge, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and stabbing another person five times and threatening that person with a knife on July 19 in Nashua.
Jorge Medina Velazquez, 27, of Commercial Street in Nashua on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and two sale of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on June 2 and 3, in Nashua.
Bryan Tobin, 38, of Congress in Nashua on a second-degree-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on July 14 in Nashua.
Marquise Tuff, 26, of Patterson Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Feb. 16 in Merrimack.
Travis Tulo, 36, of Bridge Street in Manchester on conspiracy to commit sale of meth and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on June 3 in Hudson.
James Turnquist, 32, of Pearl Court in Merrimack on reckless conduct and two criminal mischief charges. On May 21, he was accused of shooting a handgun causing damage to walls and a gutter at two homes in Merrimack.
Douglas Whitmore, 44, of Forest Road in Wilton on aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating while certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused of riding a moped while intoxicated and causing an accident on Main Street in Wilton on June 7.
