Nashua Man Indicted In Railroad Square Shooting Case: Superior Court Roundup

Man accused of trying to record girl in bathroom; man accused of racing in Merrimack before crash; man charged with stealing SUV in Milford.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jose Amador, 49, of Underhill Street in Nashua on a felony attempted manufacture of child sexual abuse images charge. He was accused of knowingly setting up a video recording device in a bathroom to record a girl on Nov. 8, 2022, in Nashua.

Farooq Aziz, 39, of High Pine Avenue in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle at speeds near 125 mph on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack while racing with another vehicle and crashing on Aug. 27, 2022. Jeffrey Baker, 61, of Intervale Road in Wilton on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman in Wilton on Dec. 14, 2022.

Shane M. Barry, 55, of West Hobart Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Jan. 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brennan Richard Bergerson, 22, of Cadogan Way in Nashua on felonious use of a firearm, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. In Nashua, he was accused of shooting a man in the chest, arm, and thigh on Oct. 30, 2022. Kane Bloomfield, 38, of Robinson Court in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine, alprazolam, and suboxone charges on Nov. 23, 2022, in Nashua.

Ryan Bodeker, 47, of Sunrise Trail in Nashua on domestic violence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening to use a knife against another person on Dec. 16, 2022, in Nashua.

Jimi Boll, 42, of Fairmont Street in Laconia on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Ford Explorer owned by another person without permission on Dec. 1, 2022, in Milford.

Anthony Boykins, 22, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 23, 2022, in Hudson.

Jaequan Bozeman, 19, of Harmony Lane in Framingham, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by authorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a 14-karat bracelet from Kay’s Jewelry on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Aug. 16, 2022.
