Nashua Man Indicted On Strangulation Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Felon indicted on a weapon possession charge in Merrimack; Litchfield man accused of assaulting hospital employee; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Philip Wetmore, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Burlington Coat Factory in Nashua on Feb. 10. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Randy H. Widmer, 35, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on three felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner repeatedly on Feb. 26 in Nashua.

Daniel Anderson, 25, of Bixby Road in Litchfield on simple assault-extended term, assaults by prisoners, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of kicking a Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center employee in the head, causing a concussion, and assaulting a sheriff’s department employee on June 11, 2018, in Nashua.
Erick Anderson, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing another person’s belongings on March 2 in Nashua and being in possession of a dagger on April 5 in Merrimack. Anderson is a felon due to a felony theft charge from November 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and has been convicted on theft charges twice.

Jaquelle Anderson, 36, of School Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on four theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of items from Hollister Co. in Nashua on March 18, March 23, and April 7, and $1,500 worth of items from Aerie of Nashua on March 31.
Shawn Bailey, 35, of Ash Street in Nashua on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, falsifying physical evidence, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stiletto knife, possessing the drugs, and attempting to swallow the cocaine to impair an investigation in Merrimack on April 5. Bailey is a felon due to a prior burglary conviction.
Dominic G. Barbosa, 37, of Wellesley Estates in Portland, Maine, on burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of conspiring with Chase Bryant to burglarize a storage unit at Litchfield Self Storage on March 13, the indictment stated.
Kyle Braciska, 28, of Fairway Drive in Derry on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, marijuana with intent to distribute and felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, amphetamine, and anabolic steroid trenbolone acetate, charges on March 21 in Nashua. He was previously convicted on a controlled drug possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January.
Brennan Bergerson, 22, of Kerry Lane in Nashua on a possession of cocaine charge, about 3.3 grams, on March 25 in Nashua.
Ronalda Brunner-Cummings, 59, of Progress Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 16 in Nashua.
