Nashua Man Indicted On Reckless Conduct Charges In Manchester

Antrim, Weare man indicted on rape charges; Bedford man accused of firing a gun near others; Amherst man indicted on drug dealing charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Steven Brennan, 54, of Satin Avenue in Nashua on domestic violence and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving an SUV at fast speeds with a former intimate partner inside and threatening to drive the vehicle into a tree or another SUV to cause a fatal crash on Dec. 12, 2021, in Manchester.

Benjamin Chase, 43, of Oakwood Lane in Goffstown on a felony interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited charge. He was accused of recording a woman with his cellphone without her consent on Feb. 27, 2021, in Manchester.

Adam Joseph Davis, 29, of Highland Street in Hudson on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to “put a bullet through the door” of another person’s house if they changed the locks on Jan. 6 in Amherst.

John Davis, 26, of Cooper Lane in Bedford on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a handgun inside a garage when there were people nearby on Oct. 21, 2021, in Bedford.

Tyler Finley, 20, of Pleasant Street in Antrim on three felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman when she said to stop or was physically unable to resist on Jan. 2, 2020, in Greenfield, and Feb. 27, 2020, in Peterborough.

Thomas Finneral, 56, of North Mast Road in Goffstown on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on North Mast Road in Goffstown on Nov. 5, 2021.

Randall P. Fritz, 61, of Indian Falls Road in New Boston on two felony second degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling and punching an intimate on Nov. 12, 2021, in New Boston.

Trevor Goohs, 22, of Amherst Street in Amherst on tampering with witnesses and informants, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of psilocybin with intent to sell charges, all felonies. On Dec. 7, 2021, in Amherst, he was accused of possessing the drugs and threatening a woman, calling her a snitch, and saying she would get her “just desserts” after accusing her of providing information to police.

Jonathan Hooven, 22, of Boston Post Road in Amherst on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner by blocking their nose and mouth with a towel and a pillow on Nov. 18, 2021, in Amherst.

Dakota Knight, 22, of East Shore Drive in Weare on three felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and sexual assaulting a child between Jan. 1, and Sept. 23, 2019, in Weare.
