Nashua Man, With Priors, Indicted On Drug Sales Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua stalker faces another charge after Pelham incident; man indicted on insurance fraud charges; man indicted on a strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Brad Samson, 51, of Liberty Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge after an incident in Milford on Sept. 21, 2022.
Markuz Sanchez Grandmaison, 22, of Chandler Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person on Nov. 23, 2022, in Nashua.

Jovan Siri, 30, of 8th in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana with intent to distribute on Oct. 2, 2022, in Hudson.
Daniel Straitiff, 61, of Tolles Street in Nashua on five felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute, charges. He was accused of selling the drugs between Sept. 30, and Dec. 31, 2022, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Straitiff was convicted on a sale of a controlled drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 2016.

Wayne Theriault, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-fentanyl charge on Nov. 20, 2022, in Nashua. He was previously convicted on an acts prohibited charge in August 2017 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Leon Warren, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 15, 2022, in Nashua.
Barry Waugh Jr., 39, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony stalking-domestic violence charge. He was accused of placing a location tracking device inside a woman’s car between July 1, and Sept. 30, 2022, in Pelham after being ordered not to have contact with her and being convicted in Salem District Court of stalking in December 2021.
Erik Wheeler, 32, of Westwood Drive in Nashua on two felony insurance fraud charges. He was accused of filing false claims to defraud Progressive Insurance on May 5 and May 10, 2021, about damage to a vehicle done by mechanics at Performance Dyno, which was not covered by his policy, while claiming it was damaged in a road accident.
