Sex Abusers, Identity Thieves, Drug Dealers Charged: Court Log

Hudson woman accused of striking victim with wooden stake; Maryland women accused of passing forged checks in Merrimack and Nashua.

NASHUA, NH — The following indictments were recently handed down at Hillsborough Superior Court-South.

Stephon Samuel, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on a Class A felony theft charge. He is accused of being the driver of a car used to transport stolen checkbooks, credit cards and licenses. The stolen items were then used to fraudulently withdraw $1,500 from the Citizens Bank in Nashua in August.

Odalis Santana, of Nashua, on a Class B felony domestic violence charge. He is accused of strangling a member of his household in June.

Francisco Sierra, of Nashua on a Special felony charge of a pattern of sexual abuse. He is accused of felonious sexual assault of a girl under 13 years old over the period of multiple months in 2017.

Cathryn Smith, of Sykesville, Md., on a Class A felony charge of identity fraud. She is accused of depositing and immediately withdrawing $2,400 into an unauthorized account at a Citizen’s Bank in Nashua in 2017. She is also accused of a Class B felony fraud charges for purchasing merchandise worth more than $1,000 at the Nashua Walmart and a Class B felony fraud charges for withdrawing $1,000 from an unauthorized account at the Digital Federal Credit Union in Merrimack.

Renee Theriault, of Hudson, is charged with Class B felony second-degree assault with a deadly weapon. She is accused of striking a victim in the face with a wooden stake, causing a laceration, in Hudson in July

Wayne Theriault, of Nashua, is charged with two counts of Class A felony drug possession. He is accused of knowingly possessing fentanyl in July after having been previously convicted of drug possession in 2017.

Shawn Trudel, of Nashua, is charged with felony drug possession. He is charged with knowingly possessing oxycodone hydrochloride in August.

Janelle Warren, of Nashua, is charged with Special felony drug possession. She is charged with two counts of selling cocaine in April. She was previously convicted of drug possession in 2016. She is also charged with Class A felony drug possession for possessing buprenorphine and Class A felony drug possession for possessing fentanyl.

Cleve Wilmot, of Nashua, is charged with Class A felony pattern sexual assault. He is charged with multiple counts of rape of a girl under the age of 13 in Nashua between 2013 and 2018. He is also accused of sexually assaulting the girl while her mother was in the shower and sexual abuse of a child.

Eric Wyatt, of Nashua, is charged with two counts of Special felony drug possession and sale. He is accused of knowingly possessing and selling cocaine in April and June after having been previously convicted of drug possession.
