A Vine Street man was arrested again on cocaine distribution charges after police said they received numerous complaints from neighbors.
Daniel Straitiff, 53, of 34 Vine St., was the target of a four-month investigation. He was arrested Friday at 10 a.m. when officers raided his home.
He was charged with:

- 3 counts of selling cocaine (second offense)
- Cocaine possession (second offense)
- Diazepam possession (second offense)
Straitiff was held on $75,000 bail pending an arraignment.
