A Nashua sex offender was arrested Tuesday on charges he failed to register his new address with police per the terms of his conviction.
Kenneth Mills, 39, of 4 Chase St., was charged with felony failure to report.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by Nashua police’s special investigations division.

Mills was convicted of sexually assaulting a victim under the age of 16 in 1997 in Maine.
He was held on bail pending an arraignment.
