Nashua Teen Faces Riot, Solicitation, Conspiracy Indictments: Roundup
Another riot indictment from the October 2023 Denny's shooting; Hudson thief indicted on a new charge; Pelham man indicted on a gun charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Felix Guzman-Nunez, 31, of Bowers Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of engaging in violence with two or more other people, which led to two men being shot in Nashua on Oct. 29, 2023. Karyn Makela, 39, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Hannaford in Hudson on Aug. 6, 2023, after being convicted on theft charges in Merrimack District Court in January 2007 and Rockingham County Superior Court in August 2021.

Ali O. Makoma, 24, of Grove Street in Manchester on felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Nov. 29, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2022.
Steven Matloff, 60, of Old Coach Road in Londonderry on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of scratching two vehicles at Peter’s Honda in Nashua on Jan. 29, 2023.

Eric McCall, 19, of Marshall Street in Nashua on solicitation, conspiracy, and two accomplice to riot charges, all felonies. He was accused of commanding, soliciting, or requesting others to fight in a public location and damaging vehicles and a building in Nashua on Aug. 16, 2023, by driving others and supplying two people with guns.
John Moscatello, unknown date of birth and address, on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check to defraud Brewer Landscaping LLC at Primary Bank of $2,881.17 on Sept. 7, 2022, in Nashua.
Jonathan Moses, 30, of Bridge Street in Pelham on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun from his vehicle in Nashua on Nov. 20, 2023, while intoxicated, within 300 feet of several homes.
Sandra Nolan, 62, of Sherburne Road in Pelham on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving a Hyundai Tucson recklessly as a deadly weapon on Oct. 30, 2023, and striking another person in the leg.
