Manchester Felon Indicted On Concord Gun Possession Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Woman indicted on witness tampering charge; homeless thief indicted on another theft charge; Laconia man indicted on stolen Mustang charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Crystal M. Lemay, 30, of Union Avenue in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge after an incident on Dec. 4, 2022, in Hooksett.
Andrew J. Ludwig, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge after an incident in Concord on April 22.

Ali O. Makoma, 23, of Grove Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on March 4 after being certified by the NH DMV as a habitual offender.
Jade E. Markham, 26, of Prospect Street in Tilton on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on June 4 in Concord. She was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Sixth Circuit District Court in August 2016.

Justin G. Martin, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Concord on Jan. 3. Twice before, Martin was convicted on a theft charge.
Cameron A. McEvoy, 32, of Nottingham Road in Windham on a felony possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charge on April 1 in Concord.
Mikiko McGee, 58, of Stoney Brook Road in New London on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. She was accused of attempting to induce another woman on May 9 to disclose to police that she was the aggressor in a domestic violence dispute with a man in New London.
Michael M. McNeill, 41, of Elm Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on April 21 after being certified as a habitual offender by the state.
Gary Morel, 45, of Sanborn Street in Laconia on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,500-plus charge. He was accused of retaining a 2007 Ford Mustang in Northfield on June 5 owned by another person.
