10 Of 11 Suspects Arrested On Charges After Nashua Denny’s Shooting In October: Follow-Up
Men from Nashua, Waldorf, MD, and South Burlington, VT, face felony riot and other charges after a shooting and melee in late October.

NASHUA, NH — Police in Nashua and South Burlington, Vermont, have arrested 10 people after a multi-week investigation into an early morning shooting and melee at the Denny’s restaurant in Nashua on Oct. 29.
On that date, around 2:45 a.m., police were called to Gusabel Avenue for a fight and shooting. When they arrived, two people were found with gunshot wounds and many others were running from the area. The gunshot victims, Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department, said, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
“Officers were able to detain multiple people involved, secure the scene, and render medical aid to the gunshot victims,” he said. “Officers were able to recover three firearms at the scene.”

During the investigation, police accused 11 people of being involved in various aspects of the shooting incident. Cinelli said the suspects were identified via witness interviews and video evidence.

On Tuesday, Edward Solanoreyes, 30, of White Street in South Burlington, Vermont, was arrested on first-degree assault, criminal threatening with a firearm, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and riot charges, all felonies. The South Burlington VT Police Department arrested him and he is in custody pending extradition to New Hampshire.

Arrested on Dec. 1 was Joel Sanchez, 34, of Rooks Head Place in Waldorf, Maryland, on a felony riot charge.
Rony Guzman-Encarnacion, 28, of Underhill Street in Nashua was arrested on Nov. 30 on felon in possession of a deadly weapon, falsifying physical evidence, and riot charges, all felonies, as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge.
Yesther Pascual, 22, of Bridge Street in Nashua was also arrested on Nov. 30 on a felony count of riot and a misdemeanor theft by unauthorized taking charge.
Six other people were arrested on a single felony riot count on Nov. 30: David Del Villar Gonzalez, 33, of Millwright Drive in Nashua; Robin Guzman-Encarnacion, 33, of Bowers Street in Nashua; Bryan Guzman, 21, of Bowers Street in Nashua; Felix Guzman-Nunez, 31, of Vine Street in Nashua; Miguel Ortiz, 29, of Badger Street in Nashua; and Jose Alamanzar, 28, of Clocktower Place in Nashua.
Alamanzar, Robin Guzman-Encarnacion, Guzman, and Sanchez are due in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Jan. 4, 2024.
Rony Guzman-Encarnacion and Pascual were held on preventative detention and arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Dec. 1.
Del Villar Gonzalez, Guzman-Nunez, and Ortiz were held on $5,000 cash bail.
Police are also searching for Adonis Garcia, 31, of Dorset Street in South Burlington, VT, on a felony riot count.
