Nashua Woman Charged with Assaulting 7-Week-Old Boy
Ashley Smith, 20, of 79 Almont St., was held on $100,000 bail.
Nashua police on Friday charged a city woman with seriously injuring a 7-week-old boy.
Ashley Smith, 20, of 79 Almont St., was charged with first-degree assault (domestic violence), which is a felony.
Police said on Friday at about noon, they were informed the boy was hospitalized with “non-accidental” injuries. The boy was expected to be OK.

Police said they investigated and determined Smith hurt the boy.
She was held on $100,000 bail pending an arraignment Monday.
