Nashua Woman Indicted On Hammer Attack Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

Michigan man indicted for child rape; Vermont woman accused of attempting to put a lien on a music school; Merrimack sex offender indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jesse Reynolds, 43, of North Adrian Highway in Adrian, Michigan, on single counts of conspiracy to commit certain uses of computer services prohibited and conspiracy to commit felonious sexual assault, as well as two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana, two counts felonious sexual assault, two counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited, all felonies. He was accused of giving marijuana to teenagers on June 2, 2016, in Nashua. The conspiracy charges involve Reynolds being accused of agreeing with a woman to have him transport girls under 16 to him to sexually assault between Jan. 1, 2015, and Jan. 30, 2017, the indictment said. The computer charges accuse Reynolds and the woman of using online services to entice girls under 16 to sexually assault between Jan. 1, 2015, and Jan. 30, 2017, the indictment said. Between Feb. 1, and March 1, 2016, he was accused of communicating with a 15-year-old girl on KIK and raping the girl. Between May 1, and June 6, 2016, he was accused of communicating with another 15-year-old girl on Snapchat and then raping her on June 2, 2016. Sarah Runnion-Bareford, also known as Pharahezabey, 46, of Church Street in Rutland, Vermont, on a felony fraudulent filings charge. She was accused of presenting false documents to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds in Nashua, attempting to place a lien against the Manchester Community Music School, its executive director, and other employees at the school on March 3, 2022.

Jawn St. Gelais, 43, of Pearson Road in Merrimack on a felony prohibition from child case service of persons convicted of certain offenses charge. He was accused of volunteering to supervise children’s games at the American Legion Post picnic in Merrimack on Sept. 10, 2022, while being a registered sex offender after being convicted of rape of a child in May 1998 in Middlesex County Super Court in Massachusetts.

Leighann St. Onge, 43, of Dixon Street in Laconia on theft by unauthorized taking and fraudulent use of a credit card charges, both felonies. Between Oct. 6, 2021, and Jan. 5, 2022, in Hudson, she was accused of using a man’s bank card to obtain $1,500 worth of property or services. Between Dec. 18, 2021, and Nov. 17, 2022, St. Onge was accused of controlling more than $1,500 belonging to a man in Hudson.

Anthony Santiago, 38, of Ledge Street in Nashua on criminal restraint and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of locking a child in a crawlspace between Oct. 1, 2022, and Jan. 18 in Wilton and grabbing a child by the arm, causing bruising, on Jan. 18 in Wilton.

Diane Silva, 36, of Palm Street in Nashua on five felony first-degree assault-domestic violence charges. She was accused of repeatedly striking a former intimate partner with a hammer and a ballpoint pen on Feb. 14 in Nashua.

George Smith, 53, of Howard Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Nashua on Nov. 9, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in January 2021.
