TEWKSBURY, MA — A teen from New Hampshire was arrested on several charges after a shooting in Massachusetts earlier this month.

Around 5 a.m. on July 15, police were sent to reports of a shooting at Home Depot. Police investigated the incident and determined two vehicles — a Nissan Rouge SUV and a Mazda, left the store and headed south on Main Street, according to Police Chief Ryan Columbus.

“While proceeding onto the roadway,” he said, “the silver Mazda fired several shots at the Nissan. The silver Mazda then fled the area. There were no reported injuries.”

A warrant was issued, and he was arrested on assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm without a license, assault and battery with a firearm, and vandalization of property charges.
